About Us
In 2010, Matt Strickland had a idea to establish a record label. An artist as well as avid music fan, his idea was to create high quality Christian Hip Hop and Gospel music as an alternative to much of the music that was currently in mainstream culture. The result is SliqCat Records, a record label dedicated to glorifying God and reaching the people engaged in various cultures through creative use of the arts.
